The Holiday Coupe & Convertible Interiors are the same pattern. The bucket seats and front door panels are the same. The narrower rear seat and side panels differ because the convertible's rear arm rest and side panels are wider allowing room for the top retracting mechanism. Also notice that the metal side trim on the bucket seats has a square top and brushed finish.
The Club Coupe has the bare bones, no frills plain bench seat and door panels. You can see that it is completely different from Holiday Coupe, Convertible's & Sport Coupe. They were also usually found with rubber floor mats instead of carpet.
